Before granting options your scheme needs HMRC approval of the valuation for the company. We will complete the valuation and approval for HMRC ensuring your scheme qualifies for the full tax benefits. We will also register and maintain your scheme with HMRC each year.

The final stage is to grant the options to your employees. Our legal partners will draw up the paperwork while we create the shares. You’ll pay one fixed price covering both our fees and those of our legal partners with the fee qualifying as a fully detectable expense against corporation tax.
